Massage therapy is a manipulation of the muscles, tendons, and connective tissue to alleviate sore muscles and joint pain caused by everyday stress, injury, or chronic pain.

Often times the source of your pain is not where it shows up. Lower back pain can originate from a tightness in your leg that pulls one hip down offsetting your balance, or your headache may be coming from trigger points in your jaw. Because I strive to find the cause of your pain and relieve it at the source to prevent ongoing pain, my clients call me The Body Whisperer.
